It was used on the first date (20.VIII.1950) but was also used during the Olympiad (the date could be changed). FDCs, letters, and cards exist with dates between August 20 and September 3, 1950. Djuka has also seen a Ministry Album cancelled with the date 5th and 10th September. Djuka's collection contains all the dates from August 20-31 except the 23rd and 24th. All of the cancelations were done by hand and apparently by inexperienced people. The postmarks are often missing letters and numbers and the complete cancel is often missing.
